Auto Alert Call Center Representative Job Description

Fitzgerald Auto Malls is looking for a high energy AutoAlert Sales Coordinator’s to generate

appointments from AutoAlert for our fast-pace dealership. The Sales Coordinator is the first

point of contact for many of our clients and sets the tone for their whole customer sales/service

experience. AutoAlert Sales Coordinators provide customer service to increase auto(vehicle) sales.

Coordinators respond to AutoAlert-Generated sales leads, set appointments and follow-up via email or


We expect full-time qualified candidates to earn $40,000 plus per year. Part-time positions also

available .

We provide comprehensive training.


? Automotive Sales and/or BDC Experience a plus but not required

? Excellent attitude and customer service skills

? Call Center experience helpful

? Excellent computer & phone skills

? Able to communicate effectively in both verbally and in writing.

? Able to work 20-40 hour work week / days, some evenings and Saturdays

? Willingness to learn and engage with our proven follow-up process


? Make outbound calls and respond to emails in a timely manner

? Assist customers in setting appointments to visit the dealership

? Calling and emailing new and existing prospects to follow up with their inquiries

? Inputting information daily

? Provide excellent customer service experience

? Maintain communication with Managers and Sales Associates regarding customers
